Lisa is a highly experienced supply chain and Procurement executive having successfully delivered multiple complex global supply chain transformation programmes during her career.

Starting in a front line technical/manufacturing role before specialising in global sourcing and procurement, she delivered sustained improvements in a range of global businesses within the lifescience and FMCG markets. She has extensive international leadership and capability development experience, implementing creative procurement and sourcing techniques to deliver savings in all areas of spend.

A skilled transformational programme manager, she utilises her analytical, objective and results focus to quickly assimilate both strategic and operational requirements in multinational business environments, enabling her to successfully lead a wide range change management projects, delivering sustainable results for our clients.

Before becoming a Director at Durlestone Lisa held a number of senior management positions in AstraZeneca, Syngenta, COSi and Arysta LifeScience.
