He is a skilled programme and project manager with excellent change management capabilities and has led a number of business transformation and integration projects for a range of companies, across different geographies and cultures.

Ged specialises in operational transformation, from the development of the overarching operating model through to the process, organisation, people and technology capability improvements to operate it.

Before becoming a director at Durlestone, Ged worked as an independent supply chain consultant for 6 years, and prior to that worked for Gemini Consulting in the Lifescience division.
